Getting to know you

We are also offering meetings with the Senior School Head Mr Mark Turnbull, our Deputy Head Mr Graham Letley who also leads our IB programme and Mrs Josephine Velthoven, our Head of the International Study Centre as well as the Admissions team who can answer your questions about the application process and tell you all about the school. Please contact admissions@kentcollege.co.uk for more information.

Open Days and Information Evenings

Our Senior School Open Morning is held at the beginning of October every year. Our Sixth Form Open Evening is held in the Great Hall in November each year. A Scholarship Information evening will be held in October where families can meet the Head of Department from Music, Drama, Sport and Art and Design and find out more about what it is like being a scholar at KC and the criteria required to become a scholar. There are various Information Evenings throughout the year and all prospective pupils and parents are warmly invited to attend these. Please complete the registration form to be notified of dates and to receive invitations to these events.

Personal visits

A personal visit allows pupils and parents to see the school on a normal working day, to visit our facilities, and to meet our pupils and staff. You will be given a tour of the school by a pupil, and will then have the opportunity to meet the Head and one of the Admissions staff. Personal visits are individualised to suit your requirements, and typically last two hours. To arrange a visit, please follow this link to access our online booking system.

Taster days

A taster day is the best way for your child to get a feel for our school. He or she will be paired with a buddy, and will spend the day with their potential year group. Please contact us via admissions@kentcollege.co.uk to arrange a taster day for your child.

Every year Kent College hosts a wide range of events including concerts, drama productions, sports events and community events such as our Bonfire Night Fireworks Display and Farm Open Morning.
