Whether it’s in the lunch hour, after school, on a Saturday morning or even during the holidays, the pace of activities at Kent College is remarkable. Within the school a huge variety of hobbies and interests can be catered for, ranging from chess and photography to riding, judo, puppetry and practical conservation. We are also strong supporters of the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. All our students are actively encouraged to pursue at least one of the activities on offer.
The school also arranges many trips and visits around the UK and abroad. These range from the serious – such as geography field trips, exchange visits in France, Germany and Spain, and visits to the First World War battlefields – to the strenuous – such as skiing holidays – to the artistic – such as theatre and opera performances, and to the simply fun-filled – such as visits to the Christmas Fairs in the Rhineland.
With such a range of activities available we really can claim that Kent College pupils are positively spoiled for choice!
