i was at KC from 1953-59. Had the honour to present the prizes on speech Day 2009. Would love to get in touch with any of the old 53-60 gang like Colin Stone and George Lakin and all the 1953 2b form lot.

I was a boarder from 1962 to 1967 and have some fond memories. The school appears to have retained a lot of the character - the pool, wonderful grounds (and several redwoods). I will drop into the website more often, rather than leave it 40+years. All the best for the future generations.

I was a boarder at Vernon Holme from 1959-1963, and would like to trace Miles and James Mellor (sons of GPS), who were my contemporaries during this time. For my sins I work for an Oil Company in the Middle East, where I am a Quality Assurance consultant.

I was a boarder during the years 1958 to end 1960. Currently I live in Houston, Texas and work for a firm with Worldwide connections and we are very well-known in the London insurance market. The short period I spent at KC was a very fulfilling and character-building time. I loved it!

I was a boarder from the age of 8 in 1958 and transferred to KC where I stayed until 1966. I have have worked as a nurse with people who have learning disability for past 40 years. Am currently working in Ireland as a Nurse Specialist in field of behaviour. Many happy days in the old alma mater!!

I was at KC 1970-7; I am now an Anglican Benedictine monk at Alton Abbey. I looked at the website to see how the school was going. I was entertained that, among the photos of heads of department, there was just one that I recognised: Mr J.S. Williams.
